The main shaft 12 projecting/receding from the inner peripheral surface of the door frame, and the driving cam 15 mounted on the outer peripheral surface of the door 40 are thus combined to achieve excellent operability by reducing the weight of the door while maintaining the entire appearance satisfactorily when opening the door.
