The building seal material 10 includes an approximately inverted U-shaped cross-section attachment base 11 which is attached to the rising piece 5c of the draining member 5, a seal portion 12 which is integrally molded on the indoor side of the attachment base 11 and brought into elastic contact with the foundation member 101, and a rising portion 13 which is integrally molded in the state of being inclined toward the upper outdoor side of the attachment base 11.
