PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information presentation device based on tactile stimulus for properly presenting information on a direction such as a direction where an obstacle or the like is located or its moving direction. SOLUTION: In a step 110, the state of a dangerous object is analyzed based on a signal from a surrounding monitoring device 3, to determine a vibration motor 23 to be driven and how to drive it. For example, when the dangerous object is located on the right side ahead of a vehicle, the vibration of the vibration motor 23 is successively moved to the right side for controlling the vibration to move from the left side to the right side of a sheet 20. Drive signals are set to vibrate two lines of the vibration motors 23 at the start, and to vibrate only one line of the vibration motors 23 after that. Thus, each vibration motor 23 repeatedly operates to move the vibration emphasized at the start from the left side (on the side of the start) to the right side (on the side of the end), so that a driver seated at a driver's seat feels as if vibration moves from the left side to the right side.
