METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR GENERATING DOCUMENT DATA, IMAGE DATA GENERATION DEVICE, DOCUMENT DATA GENERATION DEVICE, PROGRAM AND RECORDING MEDIUM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for reducing the difficulty associated with input of document data. SOLUTION: A content image showing the content of a phrase and an identification image identifying the phrase are printed on a sheet included in an input support book 11. When a user touches a reading device 12 on the sheet of the input support book 11, the reading device 12 transmits image including the identification image of the touched position to the document data generation device 13. The document data generation device 13 specifies the content of the phrase touched by the user based on the identification image included in the image received from the reading device 12, and uses phrase data showing the specified phrase to generate document data. The generation device 13 transmits the generated document data to the image data generation device 15. The image data generation device 15 generates, based on the document data transmitted from the device 13, image data showing a content image and an identification image to be printed on a new version of the input support book 11.
