Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure at least one of an effective height under a lower beam and an effective height above an upper beam while suppressing an increase in the height of a construction. SOLUTION: A bend portion 152 is formed to the lower beam 150, whereby the effective height under the lower beam 150 can be secured while suppressing an increase in the height of the whole railway station and without increasing the column cross section of a base column 20 to reduce an effective area of a space under the beam (on the side of a base beam).
