Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that there is a risk of re-attaching dusts or glass pieces from the surface because, in the conventional back surface wiping, the back surface is wiped by a cleaning tape after wiping the surface, in consideration of the higher frequency of occurrence of defections caused by the attached foreign matter on the back surface of the substrate in accordance with the thinning of an FPD display substrate and the sharpening of a joint process. SOLUTION: Upon parts-mounting joint processing of a display apparatus, dust and contamination attached to a terminal part of the display substrate is wiped with the surface of a cleaning tape and, at the same time, the back surface of a terminal part of the display substrate is wiped with the back surface of the cleaning tape by which a terminal part of other display substrate is already wiped.
