The coated block 20 is a composite in which a wear-resistant metal layer 22 is stacked on the surface of the base layer 21 made of the easily weldable metal, and is fixed on the surface of the member body 10 by welding the base layer 21 of the coated block 20 to the lateral ribs 12 and 12 which sandwich the base layer 21. A material 31 having lower wear resistance than the wear-resistant metal layer 22 is packed on the lateral rib 12 to the height approximately equal to that of the surface of the coated block 20, and thereby the blocks having high wear resistance and the blocks having low wear resistance are alternately arranged in the material biting direction.
