Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device, a method and a composition for improving vision and treating disease, disorder or injury of the eye. SOLUTION: A biosynthesis composition includes a crosslinked collagen, is optically transparent and can be transplanted. The crosslinked collagen is manufactured by a process to crosslink a collagen polymer using 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethyl amino propyl) carbodimide and N-hydroxy succinimide.
