Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that if a belt is lengthened, a leg rubber will twist the belt and does not function as the leg rubber, in a constitution where belts made of cloth are fixed to a pair of leg rubbers.SOLUTION: In a notebook computer which includes: a main part casing 2 in which a signal processing circuit and a keyboard are arranged; a display casing 1 in which a display part is arranged; a hinge cover 3 which covers a hinge part which opens and closes the main part casing 2 and the display casing 1; and the leg rubber 4, on a rear surface which faces a keyboard installation side, a screw 7 screws a storage part 6 and the rear surface together so that both ends of the belt 5 are slidably stored in the storage part 6.
