Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hardly generate malfunction or the like caused by short circuit of a middle part of a conductive wire, adhesion of a foreign matter on a tip surface, contact with a deformed projection of a member or the like, and to be applicable also to a molten metal such as aluminum having a high melting point.SOLUTION: The conductive fluid detector includes contact terminals 6, 6 on the tip, and detects existence of a conductive fluid by detecting electric conduction by the conductive fluid in contact with the contact terminals 6, 6. A sheath cable is used, wherein conductive wires 4, 4 are stored in a metal tubular sheath 1, and insulation is established by filling inorganic insulating material powder 5 such as magnesia powder between the conductive wires 4, 4 and the sheath 1. An opening part 3 is formed by cutting and opening a side face near the tip of the sheath 1 to have a window shape, and a hollow cover part 2 is formed by leading out the inorganic insulating material powder 5 in the opening part 3. Contact electrodes 6, 6 connected to the conductive wires 4, 4 are led out from the end face of the inorganic insulating material powder 5 into the cover part 2, and an end face cover 7 for covering the end face of the cover part 3 is provided. |
