THREE-DIMENSIONAL MEASURING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional measuring device enabling instantaneously and automatically a stylus (measuring head) after measurement of some point to be reset to a center (original position). SOLUTION: This three-dimensional measuring device includes: a pair of limiters facing oppositely and moving horizontally, which are disposed in a probe unit in order to reset the stylus (measuring head) to the original position, and which specify the same interval as the outer diameter of a center pin by sandwiching a pair of stopper pins manufactured from the same member as the center pin extending coaxially with the stylus and extending in parallel with the center pin; and a center pin reset mechanism formed by disposing in two layers in the Z-axis direction, a center pin X-direction reset mechanism and a Y-direction reset mechanism comprising a compression spring for pressing and energizing the limiters from the back surfaces thereof.
