SOLUTION: The sterilized water producing device for the chair unit includes a sterilized water tank 16 for storing the sterilized water in which water and an oxidizing disinfectant aqueous solution are mixed, an air supplying path 18 for supplying air supplied from an external air compressor to the sterilized water tank 16, a three-way valve 19 for releasing air from the air supplying path 18 from the one opening of three-way openings, sterilized water supplying paths 20 and 46 which supply the sterilized water to the chair unit from the sterilized water tank 16, and check valves 21 and 47 for the sterilized water which is provided in the sterilized water supplying paths 20 and 46. By the pressure of air which is sent to the sterilized water tank 16 from the air supplying path 18 and is adjusted using the three-way valve 19, the stored sterilized water is sent to the chair unit through the sterilized water supplying paths 20 and 46 and the check valves 21 and 47 for the sterilized water.
