Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit/receive contents by one time communication without switching voice speech to data transceiving. SOLUTION: A communication unit 12 originates a call, establishes both of a voice session and a control session, and can receive contents performing voice speech by receiving the contents using the control session. Moreover, it can receive the contents after the voice session is cut out. Since the voice speech and the data communication are done using different sessions, transceiving of the contents is not necessary to use a corresponding voice, conversion processing to the corresponding voice is not necessary, and the transmitting/receiving of the contents becomes possible without a load to the voice session.
