METHOD FOR PRODUCING COMPOSITE ELASTIC MEMBER AND PRODUCTION DEVICE THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a composite elastic member where, when each elastic member is arranged at a space between two layers of sheet materials in an expanded state so as to pass through the intermediate position of the joining parts of both the sheets, the adjustment and control of the introduction position of each elastic member are performed, and to provide a production device therefor. SOLUTION: In the method for producing a composite elastic member, sheet materials 21, 22 are imaged so as to acquire image data, the positions of each joint between the sheet materials 21, 22 and each elastic member 1 are specified, a shift between the central position between the adjoining joints in a direction orthogonal to the expansion/contraction directions of the elastic member 1 and the position of the elastic member 1 between the joints is obtained, also, a correction required amount is calculated based on the shift, and the introduction position of the plurality of elastic members 1 into a space between the sheet materials 21, 22 is controlled based on the correction required amount.
