SOLUTION: When an abnormality of a refrigerating device of which the operation is stopped due to the defective supply of cooling water from the external water supply source of a water-cooled type condenser is eliminated in a step S11 on the basis of control by a control device, this state is returned to a state immediately after initial setting, and the amount of ice-making water remaining in an ice-making water tank is confirmed in a step S2. When the ice-making water over a defined amount remains in the ice-making water tank, a draining operation is performed in a step S3 to discharge the ice-making water from the ice-making water tank. After the completion of the draining operation, a water supply operation is performed in a step S5 to supply the ice-making water from the external supply source to the ice-making water tank. In the case that the supply of water of the defined amount to the ice-making water tank is not confirmed in a step S6, the water supply operation is repeated in the step S5, and ice-making/ice-removing operations at and after steps S7 are not performed.
