Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an axial piston type hydraulic rotary machine capable of previously lubricating an exposed sliding surface with the working liquid even in the stopped condition. SOLUTION: The axial piston type hydraulic rotary machine is structured so that a micro-channel is formed at one of the sliding surfaces, at least, of such members in pairs as a piston 10 in cylinder block 7 and a cylinder 8, a shoe 11 and the piston 10, a swash plate 14 and a piston 16 for controlling the tilted rotation, the swash plate 9 and a block 15 for supporting the tilted rotation, a valve disc 9 and the cylinder block 7, a rotary shaft 4 and bearings 5 and 6, and a bushing 13 and a retainer 12, wherein the micro-channel is to supply the working liquid for lubricating the sliding surface(s) and at least partially is immersed in the working liquid.
