The divided cover piece includes a circular plate-like erected upper edge part, a circular tilted surface part expanded from the erected upper edge part in a generally fan shape, and a generally truncated lower edge part which is bent from the lower edge of the circular tilted surface part inward and comes into contact with the flange part.
