EXTRUSION KNEADING METHOD AND EXTRUSION KNEADER USED THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superior extrusion kneading method and an apparatus used therefor, wherein the method can perform a stable extrusion kneading and give a composite material of stable quality. SOLUTION: The extrusion kneading method supplies a granular material into a barrel 10 from a material supply section 11 provided in an upstream side of the barrel 10, conveys by a screw 14 to a heat melting section 12 in a downstream side, makes at least a part of the material into a molten state and kneads while passing the heat melting section 12 and thereafter extrudes it from further downstream side; provided that the method discharges an air contained in the material supplied to the barrel 10 from an air vent section 15 equipped with a filter arranged between the material supply section 11 and the heat melting section 12 out of the barrel 10.
