SOLUTION: Mat finishing and anodic oxidation are applied to an aluminum extruded material or plate material; and the thermal transfer of sublimation ink is applied to a thermosetting electrodeposition film, which is made of 15-50 μm of an acrylic water-soluble paint and formed on an anodic oxide film, using the thermosetting electrodeposition film as a dye accepting layer, so that a pattern or a color tone can be expressed by the sublimation dye accepted by the thermosetting electrodeposition film. In this case, the thermal transfer is performed by constituting the thermosetting electrodeposition film as a multilayer of a colored coating film as a lower layer, containing a pigment with a pigment concentration of 0.1-5 pts.wt., and a clear coating film as an upper layer. This enables the production of the aluminum building material such as a sash, and an aluminum worked product such as a kitchen member, which are fine and excellent in weatherability, by preventing the occurrence of gloss unevenness and paper residues, and harmonizing the pigment of the colored coating film with the color tone of the sublimation ink.
