Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting bracket and a mounting structure, which can enhance workability. SOLUTION: This mounting bracket 1 includes a stepped fitting 2 which is fixed to a panel 9, and a fitting holding portion 3 for sandwiching a ruler angle 10 in cooperation with the stepped fitting 2. The stepped fitting 2 includes an abutting piece 21 which abuts on the panel 9, an insertion piece 22 which is inserted into the fitting holding portion 3, and a step connecting portion 23. The stepped fitting 2 is horizontally and vertically regulated with a predetermined play by protrusions 5 and 6 and claw portions 7 and 8. The insertion piece 22 abuts on the ruler angle 10 inserted into notches 46 and 47, along with the fastening and fixing of the abutting piece 21 to the panel 9; and the ruler angle 10 is pressed against first sidewalls 46a and 47a which form the notches 46 and 47.
