SOLUTION: A groove 12 is formed in the vertical direction in a stopper 3, and a projection 4b is formed in the pushing-out member 4. The pushing-out member 4 lowers in a state of being fitted in the groove 12, and the projection 4b pushes out downward the forefront thin plate-like article 1A abutting on the stopper 3. When the pushing-out member 4 reaches a lower end pushing-out position, a guide rail 16 rocks outward, and the pushing-out member 4 separates from a stocker 2 by rocking outward in response to its rocking, and the pushing-out member 4 returns to an upper end standby position in its state.
