Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily correcting the composition of a perfume on the basis of data obtained by instrumental analysis in order to prepare a perfume for reproducing a scent sensed when flavor of an object to be a fundamental preparation perfume composition is imparted to water and the water is eaten and drunk, when the flavor of the object is imparted to a base material actually containing an emulsified material and the base material is eaten and drunk. SOLUTION: In the method for preparing a preparation perfume composition adapted to a base material containing the emulsified material, the composition ratio of the fundamental preparation perfume composition is corrected on the basis of results of component analysis by a PTR-MS obtained when the fundamental preparation perfume composition is added to a base material containing no emulsified material and when added to a base material containing the emulsified material.
