Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bisected front wheel bicycle starting without wobbling a handlebar with excellent traveling property. SOLUTION: This bisected front wheel bicycle includes a bisected front wheel, that is, a grounding pressure securing front wheel 2 wearing a multi-wheel constitution annular tire and an elevatable small diameter steering wheel 46. A cushion steering shaft 42 and the handlebar 43 are provided on an upper side of the small diameter steering wheel 46 provided in the vicinity of the multi-wheel constitution grounding pressure securing front wheel 2. The bisected wheel bicycle is constituted to push the small diameter steering wheel 46 down to be strongly grounded by the handlebar 43 so that direction changeability may be imparted and is made one like a foot operated pedal wheelchair.
