Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a completely new load estimating method of a power distribution section capable of properly estimating an actual load by using an easily available and reliable parameter, and to provide a power distribution system control method. SOLUTION: In the load estimating system of a power distribution section 122 for covering an actual load by power supplied from a photovoltaic power generation system 130 and a power distribution system 100, a relational expression between a temperature and the actual load at a specific time in an area where the actual load is required to be estimated is calculated based on actual measurement data of the temperature and the system load according to date/time, the temperature in the area is obtained, and the actual load is estimated from the relational expression and the temperature.
