description PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state imaging apparatus for effectively reducing highlight lateral streak noise, even if a subject is located in any light quantity area, without incurring an image defect in a longitudinal streak shape. SOLUTION: The invention relates to the solid-state imaging apparatus 100 wherein a plurality of pixel portions 8 are disposed in a matrix shape, each pixel portion 8 having a photodiode 19 for generating a signal voltage corresponding to a received light intensity. Each of the plurality of pixel portions have an amplification transistor 20 for amplifying the signal voltage by causing an operating current to flow and for outputting the amplified signal voltage to a column signal line 25 disposed for each pixel column. The solid-state imaging apparatus 100 includes a current correcting circuit 27 which causes a correcting current to flow between a power supply line 23 and a ground line 10, the correcting current varying oppositely to variation of the operating current that flows from the power supply line 23 through the amplification transistor 20 to the ground line 10.
