SOLUTION: The fastening device comprises a pair of roughly U-shaped rods 1, 2, and a joint 3 connecting the rods 1, 2. In the fastening device, each rod 1, 2 comprises a rod body 4, a connecting rod 5, and an L-shaped retention rod 6. The joint 3 comprises a cylindrical or ring-shaped joint body 9, holding pieces 7, 8 projecting in parallel and opposing each other at an inner circumference of the joint body 9, and an oblong hole 10 formed between the two holding pieces 7, 8. The connecting rods 5, 5 of the rods 1, 2 are inserted in the oblong hole 10 back to back in series, and then, the joint body 9 is rotated to an optional angle, the connecting rods 5, 5 are tightened by the holding pieces 7, 8 to couple them.
