The turning part is attached to the end part of the column, a skid is bridged in the diameter direction at the almost end part of the column, and a T-shaped lock bar is raised at the almost center of the skid. The fitting projection of the fixing part is inserted and fitted to the inner periphery of the column in the turning part, the locking bar of the T-shaped lock bar is inserted and fitted to the opening groove of the bottom surface, and the column is turned around the axis.
