Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an excessive rise in temperature of a capacitor since the deterioration of the capacitor accelerates if charge and discharge is performed while the capacitor is overheated. SOLUTION: A motor (21) performs power-run operation and regenerative operation. An electrical circuit (20) controls the output of the motor. A capacitor (19) supplies the power with power, and accumulates the regenerative power from the motor. A capacitor charge and discharge circuit (100) controls the charge and discharge current of the capacitor. A temperature detector (36) detects the temperature of the capacitor. Temperature data detected with a temperature detector are input into a controller (30). The capacitor charge and discharge circuit is controlled so that the charge current and discharge current of the capacitor may not surpass second limit values (IDF, ICF) smaller than first limit values (IDNand ICN) being usual limit values, when the temperature detected with the temperature detector is a reference temperature (T1) or over.
