When plan-viewing the valve 293a in the condition of the port 23b being closed, the outer edge 293e which is directed to the outside in the first direction D1 in the valve part 293a is matched with the inner edge 27e which is directed to the inside in the first direction D1 of the first groove 27a, or positioned in the inside in the first direction D1 from the inner edge 27e.
