Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve sensing accuracy and cut down the cost of a sensor by bringing a sensing position of the sensor for sensing sheet placement and a position of a lever for sensing sheet feeding position closer. SOLUTION: An optical path for detecting a document is formed by arranging a light-guiding body (52) of a document table document sensing sensor at a groove portion (53) into which a paper feeding position sensing lever (3b) is fitted to thereby capture light from a light emitting portion of a document abnormal form sensing portion with the light-guiding body as well.
