Since the density of the projections 5 belonging to a second projection column 22, which are the group of the projections of the largest swing angle, is made larger than the density of the projections 5 belonging to projection columns 21, 23 and 24, which are the group of the other concentrically provided projections, the washing or massage effect of the scalp S is improved without increasing the projections 5 more than needed.
