description PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system capable of properly operating a control circuit (ASIC) through stepping down of a voltage, by achieving cost saving through introduction of the control circuit (ASIC) as a device for measuring performance differences of unit cells and separately providing a power supply device for driving the control circuit (ASIC). SOLUTION: The system includes a fuel cell stack 10 containing a plurality of unit cells, control circuits 20, 30, 40 connected to the plurality of unit cells for measuring each voltage of a corresponding optional plural number of the plurality of cells with supply of power supply voltage and reference voltage from the optional plural number of unit cells out of the plurality of unit cells, and constant voltage generating parts 50, 60, 70 for supplying the control circuits with the constant voltage higher than the power supply voltage by a floating voltage. A voltage difference deducting the reference voltage from the constant voltage is to be one necessary for operation of at least the control circuits. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
