SOLUTION: A fastener 10 and a transfer sheet 30 are held between transfer pedestals 210, 211 conveyed by conveyor belts 201, 202 and are moved on a plane. During the planar movement, the transfer pedestals 210, 211 are heated by hot press rollers 207, 208, so that a colored design of a vaporized sublimable dye pattern drawn on the transfer sheet 30 is stably and uniformly transferred to the ground fabric 11 of the fastener 10.
