description PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gasket structure in which a sealing base material and a gasket are strongly adhered without causing adhesion peeling between the sealing base material and the gasket during molding by a simple structure, and an effective method of manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: In the gasket structure 1, a rubber gasket 3 is integrally fixed to a prescribed portion of the sealing base material 2 via an adhesive layer 4 by vulcanization molding. The gasket 3 includes a gasket body part 3a connected in a bead-like shape with a chevron-shaped cross section, an injection part 3c of a rubber material for molding provided at an appropriate location near a side part of the gasket body part 3a, and an inflow connecting part 3b of the rubber material between the gasket body part 3a and the injection part 3c. Roughening processing is applied to the surface of the connecting part 3b by a die during molding. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
