Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of parts and the number of steps in an electronic device for human body communication. SOLUTION: First and second electrode chips 27, 28 attached to a control substrate 7 come into electrical contact with the outer circumferential surface and the bottom of a button battery 2 installed in a battery installation part 22. A fourth electrode chip 33 attached to the control substrate 7 faces a hole 38 in an upper case 5 and comes into electrical contact with a positive electrode antenna substrate 42 pasted onto the bottom of an upper panel 9. A third electrode chip 31 is provided integrally to the second electrode plate 28 so as to be located in a notch 28a of the second electrode plate 28. The third electrode chip 31 faces a hole 23 of a lower case 4 and comes into electrical contact with a negative electrode antenna substrate 41 pasted onto the top surface of the lower panel 8.
