SOLUTION: Hook-like arms 25 is provided at both ends of a sub-cover 20. The hook-like arms 25 are inserted and fitted in gaps 24 at both ends of an opening 23 of a chassis 22 with a cover of a main cover 21 removed therefrom. Since the sub-cover is attached to the gap 24 and a construction part requires no space, attachment is allowed irrespective of the presence or the absence of the construction part. A fitting structure is formed in the gap 24 to cause no exposure of the sub-cover. Since the sub-cover 20 is screwed through a threaded hole 27 of the chassis 22, a through-hole 31 of the arm 25, and a through-hole 28 of the main cover 21, the force required for opening/closing can be adjusted or fixed by fastening with a screw 36.
