OPENING/CLOSING BODY CONTROL APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening/closing body control apparatus which can prevent an opening/closing body from being opened/closed against a user's intent after the release of a latch. SOLUTION: This opening/closing body control apparatus 100 for automatically opening/closing the opening/closing body includes: a displacement body which is moved and displaced among movement areas including a closing area, a release area and a neutral area; a first switch 84 for neutral detection, which outputs a first detection signal when the displacement body passes through a first boundary portion on the closing area side of the neutral area; a second switch 85 for neutral detection, which outputs a second detection signal when the displacement body passes through a second boundary portion on the release area side of the neutral area; and a control unit 90 which performs braking control for decreasing a movement speed of the opening/closing body, when the first and second detection signals are not detected within a predetermined period of time after the start of a neutral return motion made after the closing motion of the displacement body.
