APPARATUS, SYSTEM, METHOD AND PROGRAM FOR ISSUING SYNCHRONOUS MESSAGE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly accurately attain synchronization among each of arithmetic processing units (computers) without requiring cost burdens. SOLUTION: A second synchronous message issuing apparatus issues a synchronous message for synchronizing arithmetic processing in each arithmetic processing unit all at once in predetermined timing to a first synchronous message issuing apparatus. At this time, the second synchronous message issuing apparatus inserts information for uniquely specifying the processing content which should be executed by the arithmetic processing unit in the arithmetic processing unit into the synchronous message. When receiving the synchronous message from the second synchronous message issuing apparatus, the first synchronous message issuing apparatus converts the synchronous message using a protocol for general-purpose interconnect, and transmits the converted synchronous message to the arithmetic processing unit via a switch.
