Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foldable cellular phone which can be easily opened and improved in appearance by preventing a button, that performs an opening operation, from being exposed in the appearance as further as possible. SOLUTION: The foldable cellular phone (foldable mobile terminal) includes a first case 3, a second case 5, and a hinge 6 for linking the first case 3 and the second case 5 so as to be freely opened/closed in folding. From a state where the first case 3 and the second case 5 are closed, the first case 3 is oscillated with respect to the second case 5, thereby automatically opening the first case 3 with respect to the second case 5.
