Furthermore, the plurality of rolling bodies contact a sleeve 102 as an external member at two points on a conical orbit face 151 and a conical orbit face 152, for example. Then, processing for improving surface roughness Ra (reducing surface roughness Ra) is applied only to a surface-roughness improving processing region which is part of the conical orbit face 153.
