SOLUTION: The working vehicle performing the travel gear change by switching the hydraulic clutches 24A, 24B, 24C, 24D, 46, 47 of the main change gear and the sub-change gear is equipped with an electromagnetic direction switching valve 59 including three positions for switching the hydraulic clutches of the sub-change gear. A restrictor 62 is made to intervene in an oil discharge passage 61 of the electromagnetic direction switching valve. When switching the hydraulic clutches of the sub-change gear, the electromagnetic direction switching valve is held at a tentative neutral position, and pressure oil drained from the currently connected hydraulic clutch is activated for filling the pressure oil in the hydraulic clutch to be connected next. In this state, control for switching the electromagnetic direction switching valve is performed so as to completely connect the hydraulic clutches after the rotational synchronous processing of the sub-change gear has been performed.
