Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation device enabling automatic operation more accurately corresponding to human movement and detection of an abnormality without being affected by slight temperature change caused by wind etc. or the human movement. SOLUTION: The ventilation device includes: a fan 3 installed in a room space such as a toilet 1 and discharging indoor air to an outdoor side; a temperature detection means 5 for detecting indoor temperature; a drive means 10 for operating or stopping the fan 2; a storage means 7 for storing the temperature; an abnormality determination means 8 for detecting an indoor abnormality; and an informing means 11 for informing the surroundings of the indoor abnormality. Based on the absolute temperature detected by the temperature detection means 5, it is determined whether a person enters or leaves the room and whether or not the indoor space is abnormal.
