In the work platform unit 8, a plurality of the platform frame bodies 3 are arranged in such a manner as to come into contact with an inner wall surface of the cylindrical concrete structure 1 in the plan view of the cylindrical concrete structure 1, and constituted as one unit by being connected to each other by means of a horizontal connecting material 7; and a sliding member 9, which slides by coming into contact with the inner wall surface of the cylindrical concrete structure 1, is mounted in the outer peripheral position of the work platform unit 8.
