description PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit a fraudulent act using characteristics of a game machine equipped with a self-reset type power supply unit having an eddy current protection function. SOLUTION: In this game machine equipped with a self-reset type power unit having an eddy current protection function, when the eddy current protection function is activated and the power output voltage is reduced, a power output voltage signal is delivered to an input terminal of a game control microcomputer or a prize ball putout control microcomputer, and then a power failure detection signal is delivered to an NMI terminal of the microcomputer, while a reset signal, being a delayed signal of the power failure detection signal, is delivered to an RES terminal of the microcomputer, so that a power abnormal signal can be output from an output terminal of the microcomputer. Specifically, the power output voltage signal is made into a voltage of resistance both ends, between Zener diode and resistance divided voltage from output power, and the resistance ends' voltage is delivered to the input terminal of the game control microcomputer or the prize ball putout control microcomputer through a buffer. As a result, the power failure signal is generated in a voltage detection and delay waveform generating circuit that is activated by a change in power input voltage level.
