description PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To materialize a halogen lamp with a strong sealing portion even through vibration and/or shock, while a plurality of filaments are formed in one uniform bulb under a non-contact state with each other. SOLUTION: The halogen lamp accommodates filaments 12, 13 inside of a quartz glass bulb 11. At both ends of the filament 12, one end of metal foil 161, 162 are welded, and at the other ends of metal foil 161, 162, outer leads 181, 182 are welded respectively. At both ends of the filament 13, one end of metal foil 171, 172 are welded, and at the other ends of metal foil 171,172, the outer leads 191,192 are welded respectively. A sealing portion 151, the bulb 11 formed by a pressure reduction sealing method at the location of the metal foil 161,171, and the sealing portion 152, the bulb 11 formed by the pressure reduction sealing method at the location of metal foil 162, 172 are each formed. A positioning of the filaments 12 and 13 are made inside of the bulb 11 and are supported by a plurality of insulating and heat-resistant anchors 14. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
