Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixing device by which a room-temperature raw material solution supplied by using a circulation unit is mixed with the high temperature-high pressure fluid such as preheated water of high temperature-high pressure water supplied from another line so that the raw material solution can quickly be heated to the predetermined reaction temperature in a moment, in a continuous reaction crystallization process of a functional nanoparticle etc. by using a high temperature-high pressure fluid. SOLUTION: The micro mixing device is used for mixing a first reaction solution with a second reaction solution to quickly heat or cool the first or second reaction solution, form a reaction field of predetermined temperature in a moment and synthesize uniform fine particles. The micro mixing device has such a structure that the whole of a micro mixing part is arranged in a jacket in which a cooling or heating medium can be circulated and which has resistance to high pressure. The high temperature-high pressure micro mixing device is constituted so that the first reaction solution is mixed with the second reaction solution at a high speed to quickly heat or cool the first or second reaction solution, the heating of the first reaction solution in a flow passage before a mixing point is kept to a minimum and cores of crystallization of fine particles can be born homogeneously at the mixing point in the reaction field of a fine particle synthesis reaction system using the high temperature-high pressure fluid as a reacting medium.
