According to such a procedure, the wrap panty is formed to have the shape of a conventional panty (undergarment) so as to allow the wearer to put up and down the wrap panty in the manner as that for the conventional panty (undergarment) when going to a bathroom or the like. The joined parts (A) is unfastened from the joined parts (B), The wrap panty is easily taken off while the wearer keeps in her standing posture by unfastening the joined parts (A) from the joined parts (B), and also has an effect of depressing the abdominal muscle (as a girdle) by changing the material for the waist part into stretchable one.
