A gap complementary color nozzle adjacent to a black nozzle of the gap complementary color nozzle array delivers an ink. The rear end gap complementary color nozzle and the front end gap complementary color nozzle which deliver the ink to the same region belong to different gap complementary color nozzle arrays.
