Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive connection device and a structure wherein fatigue fracture does not occur easily in a bonding wire in the conductive connection having a structure that a crimp terminal and the bonding wire are connected, and stable electric connection can be constituted. SOLUTION: The conductive connection device is constituted by equipping the crimp terminal having a fixed part and an electric wire crimping part for exterior connection, a cylindrical crimping sleeve, and the electric wire having a covered layer. The electric wire has a conductor portion in which the covered layer of its end part is peeled-off and the conductor is exposed, and the covered portion following it in which the covered layer is not peeled-off. The electric wire crimping part of the crimp terminal is in a sleeve state and the conductor portion of the electric wire is inserted and penetrates therethrough and is compression-connected from outside. In the crimping sleeve, the compression-connected portion of the electric wire of the crimp terminal is inserted and penetrated through inside from one end side and the covered portion of the electric wire is inserted and penetrated through inside from the other end side, and they are compression-connected from outside. The conductive connection structure in which "crimp terminal-crimping sleeve-covered electric wire" are integrally joined is equipped. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
