SHEET FOR ELECTROMAGNETIC INDUCTION HEATING COOKER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of swelling caused by an air accumulation at a part of a sheet since air at a lower surface side is expanded with high temperature during cooking, in the sheet for an electromagnetic induction heating cooker for preventing a top plate from getting dirty with soup stock boiled over from a cooking pan by spreading the sheet over the top plate of the electromagnetic induction heating cooker during cooking by the electromagnetic induction heating cooker. SOLUTION: A heating section 11a of the top plate 11 exposed to the round hole 2 is covered with a dirt-protective mat 3 gluing a lower surface of an outer peripheral section thereof on an upper surface of a peripheral edge section of the round hole 2 via an adhesive layer 4 by preparing a round hole 2 on a sheet body 1 peelably laid on the top plate 11, and pressure such as air pressure generated on an air gap section 9 caused by high temperature during cooking is relieved outside through a ventilation air gap section 5 by preparing the same 5 communicating from the space section 9 in the round hole 2 to the outside between the adjacent adhesive layers 4, 4 by intermittently arranging the adhesive layer 4 in a peripheral direction.
